The FJD Trion V4E LiDAR Kit is a lightweight handheld 3D scanner designed for fast, accurate indoor and outdoor reality capture. Using SLAM‑based mobile scanning and optional GNSS integration, it produces detailed point clouds for surveying, construction, BIM, CAD, utilities, forestry and digital‑twin workflows.

With 154,600 points per second, a 360° horizontal field of view, and real‑time scan preview via the FJD Trion Scan app, the V4E allows operators to walk naturally through buildings and job sites while capturing complete spatial data. Its compact 890 g design and 5‑hour battery life make it ideal for long scanning sessions without complex setups.

Performance & Workflow

The V4E captures high‑density point clouds suitable for building interiors, façades, terrain, utilities, stockpiles and industrial environments. SLAM‑based positioning enables continuous walk‑through scanning, reducing time on site compared to static scanners.

When paired with the V4E GNSS receiver, outdoor scans can be aligned to real‑world coordinates for survey‑grade georeferencing. Data can be processed in FJD Trion Model (desktop) or Trion Model Web (cloud) to generate point clouds, meshes, CAD/BIM‑ready outputs and digital‑twin assets.
