Survey Tech is open Monday to Friday (except some major public holidays) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

No, we are closed for business during public holiday periods such as bank holiday, christmas, etc.

Hire & Accounts

In order to rent an instrument, you will be required to open an account with us, this process is straight forward, we require you to complete our new customer form and if hiring as an individual you will be required to supply us with a copy of a valid form of I.D such as a driver's license, a deposit or upfront payment will also be required for new customers, this is dependent on the value of the instrument.

 

For new customers, we will request a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental unit is returned and the contract closed. The deposit sum is based on the value of the instrument therefore prices will vary.

Pricing

We regularly order new stock, or keep a limited amount listed on the website therefore the chances are that if you contact us directly, we will be able to supply you with the required product.

Shipping & Returns

The cut off time is 11:00am weekdays next day delivery. Any orders placed after these cut off times will be delivered the following working day.

Generally we aim to offer free delivery for orders over £50, in the event that the product ordered is valued less than £500 and exceeds certain weight and dimension parameters, then the delivery charger will be £25 or more for next day delivery.

If you would like to return or please follow the below procedure:

Submit written notification to info@surveytech.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Clearly explain why you would like to return your item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images where necessary.
