Returns and Exchanges Procedure
If you would like to return or please follow the below procedure:
Submit written notification to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
Clearly explain why you would like to return your item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images where necessary.
If you would like to exchange the size or style, please inform us of the replacement style name and code where applicable.
To request a refund the original payment method will be used. After your request is sent to us you will receive a confirmation email that your request has been received within 48 hours.
Exchange of size(s) or style(s) is possible if the requested item(s) is in stock. If the required item(s) is not in stock then you have an option to order the style(s) and size(s) you wish to exchange the purchased item(s) for. Please contact email@example.com for more details and information about this service.
When requesting a refund for non-faulty item, please use the same method of shipping which was used to receive the item, i.e. recorded delivery. The same card details (the original payment method) should be used for any refunds.
If the item is returned because it is faulty, we will also refund your return shipping cost. Otherwise we do not cover the cost of return delivery.
