We are pleased to announce that we now offer repair and servicing for Matterport Pro3 cameras directly within the UK, providing a faster and more convenient solution for customers who rely on Matterport technology for 3D capture and digital-twin workflows.
Until now, users experiencing issues with their Pro3 devices typically had to send their cameras to service centres in Spain or the United States, resulting in extended turnaround times and added logistical challenges. These overseas repair routes often required 4-8 weeks before equipment was returned, creating significant disruption for businesses that depend on continuous digital-capture capability.
With Survey Tech now able to support Pro3 servicing domestically, customers can benefit from:
